Melanie Roberts...Melanie is from Coatesville, Pennsylvania and began singing at very young age as she sang for family and friends on special occasions. Through the years Melanie has honed her craft and along with her soulful, sultry and captivating voice she has become an outstanding performer in the Smooth Jazz and R/B music world. Melanie's musical influences are Sara Vaughn, Natalie Cole, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, Sade and of course Phyllis Hyman. Melanie has performed on jazz festivals from coast to coast with jazz greats Peter White, Ronnie Laws, Jean Carne, Norman Connors, Dexter Wansel and Marion Meadows just to name a few. The highlight of Melanie's career came recently when she released her debut Smooth Jazz single, "Lets Take The Time To Fall In Love". Her other proud moments came when she gets the opportunity to perform on stage as Phylllis Hyman, Sade or Toni Braxton which she does so darn well! Melanie is truly a star on the rise and thanks God everyday for her gifts and blessings.
